I called the next day and was greeted by Maressa. She helped me with all of the details to start my work order.
Maressa scheduled Daniel to come out to create the template 2 days later. I was quite surprised he was coming out the same week, I was not expecting such speedy service. Maressa was very knowledgeable about the countertop process and was a big help in making all the final little details come together. She made everything so easy for me. Maressa was extremely pleasant to speak with and provided excellent customer service.

It was literally, only a matter of days after Daniel created the template that Maressa called to schedule the installation. I was shocked at how fast my order was ready.

The installation team arrived, were extremely professional, and when they were done, left my kitchen looking like no one had been working there at all.
The New Caledonia granite countertops are beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased with the selection I made, for the price I paid and for the customer service I received from Alpha Granite.

I felt I was truly important to Alpha Granite, a feeling you don’t get from many companies anymore.
