Process was very simple and easy since I already knew what I wanted and picked out my Quartz. Once my cabinets were in they came out to laser measure. They accommodated my schedule and came out a week later to install. I was concerned about previous seams I’ve seen on this particular product I’ve seen elsewhere and voiced my concern to Alpha and they assured me it would not be a problem. I called the next day and was greeted by Maressa. She helped me with all of the details to start my work order.
Maressa scheduled Daniel to come out to create the template 2 days later. I was quite surprised he was coming out the same week, I was not expecting such speedy service. Maressa was very knowledgeable about the countertop process and was a big help in making all the final little details come together. She made everything so easy for me. Maressa was extremely pleasant to speak with and provided excellent customer service.

It was literally, only a matter of days after Daniel created the template that Maressa called to schedule the installation. I was shocked at how fast my order was ready.

The installation team arrived, were extremely professional, and when they were done, left my kitchen looking like no one had been working there at all.

The whole process was painless! Once we agreed to move forward, he took measurements and explained everything else was hands off from then on out.
